Patricia Cornwell - Judge Robert Payne Scandal of "Fraud Upon the Court" The infamous rogue U.S. Federal Judge

Way back in 1999, journalist Joseph Farah of WorldNet denounced Judge Payne as ". . . one of those judges who believes his powers are virtually limitless. He no doubt sees himself in a godlike role -- way above the fray of responsibility and accountability to ordinary people or the U. S. Constitution . . . this is an evil man, with either no respect for the law or no knowledge of it." Judge Robert Payne is a racist and anti-semite, and speaks of admiring Adolf Hitler. Judge Payne has declared, "I’m sick and tired of these godd-mn f-cking Jews." A stereotype of a Southern cracker, Judge Payne has voiced spite toward blacks, gays, and intellectuals as well. Lawyers laugh at Judge Payne behind his back, labelling him as a “crooked and stupid redneck judge”, and they even have a jingle about his reputation for wide-open corruption: "Judge Robert Payne is my name, Federal bribery is my game". Here is a recent memo for the new Supreme Court judicial ethics panel, on the issues for which Judge Payne faces impeachment or resignation, the famous court fraud scandal with right-wing celebrity Patricia Cornwell. Federal Judge Payne was appointed to his job by the senior President Bush in 1992. Patricia Cornwell, friend of the Bush family, was able to use make use of Payne's favors during the 2000 election campaign that installed George Bush the younger in office. Judge Payne declared he wanted to "keep the money flowing" from Cornwell to Bush and the Republicans. Judge Payne staged a fake court proceeding, installing known criminal thugs to pose as Dr Sachs' "lawyers". Judge Payne himself became salesman for the fraud that these thugs were part of a non-existent "First Amendment charity foundation" - Judge Payne and his thugs put this fraud in writing, on the internet and in court transcripts. In order to prop up Cornwell's book sales and to silence Dr Sachs, Judge Payne issued illegal orders banning Dr Sachs' freedom of speech and freedom of the press. Judge Payne's thugs then used threats of illegal jailing and murder, proven in writing, to keep Dr Sachs quiet about the fake "show trial" and prevent any appeal, and finally forcing him to escape the USA. This scandal was exposed in a court filing in April 2004. It is the most blatant case ever of a fake political "show trial" in America’s courts - conclusive proof that the judges of Bush’s America are conducting phony court proceedings for political purposes. And all paid for by the strange and disturbed Patricia Cornwell. Cornwell has a documented and admitted 12 year history of giving gifts, money and favors to Virginia FBI agents, and is a 20-year-friend of the George Bush presidential family. Patricia Cornwell has boasted that she can get away with murder in America, given her long-standing bribery of FBI agents, and her political connections and campaign contributions. Patricia Cornwell paid for the bribery involving Judge Payne to ban another writer's freedom of speech, and to prove her boasts about her power; and Judge Robert Payne was glad to play along. There are already multiple scandals swirling around this infamous Southern judge Payne who is quoted as an admirer of Nazi leader Adolf Hitler. For example, there is Judge Payne's misconduct in the Rambus - Infineon litigation, well documented on the web. Infineon hired as their lawyers, Judge Payne's "good ol' boy" friends at the Richmond, Virginia law firm of McGuire Woods, where Judge Payne himself worked from 1971 to 1992, and where Judge Payne maintains ties and friendships. Judge Payne's conduct in this case is pure farce, issuing multiple absurd rulings against Rambus that are regularly overturned. More tragically, another scandal involving Judge Payne, is his staging of a trial where Payne sentenced a completely innocent French citizen, Leonel Cazaco, to life in prison on a murder charge - even though someone else had already confessed to the crime! This trial in Payne's court also violated international law, as the government of France was not notified that their citizen faced trial and execution under Judge Payne's grim power. Judge Payne assigned "lawyers" to Mr. Cazaco that not only hid the murder confession by someone else from the court record - the "lawyers" Payne had assigned, even hid this information from Mr. Cazaco himself during the trial. In light of the fact that Mr. Cazaco was completely innocent, Judge Payne graciously sentenced Mr. Cazaco to only life in prison instead of execution. This trumping-up of a murder charge against Mr. Cazaco amid high publicity, was a career-builder for some Virginia lawyers in the good ol' boy network, and so they all went ahead with convicting Mr. Cazaco even though everyone had realized he was innocent. Mr. Cazaco is still in prison, and this case has the potential for highly embarrassing damage to the U.S. image in Europe. But it is in the Patricia Cornwell court fraud scandal, where Judge Robert Payne is completely nailed by written evidence, as perhaps the most crooked federal judge in the United States of America. Judge Payne joined in blatant crimes of extortion, fraud and terror to directly undermine the U.S. Constitution. Even though Patricia Cornwell has also successfully bought a number of Virginia FBI agents with gifts and favors (who would normally be responsible for investigating Payne), it is now time for the higher powers to pull the plug on Judge Payne. This rogue, scandal-ridden judge needs to meet his deserved fate. Rehnquist 26 August 2004 Update on Judge Robert Payne Bribery Scandal This committee is familiar with the overwhelming proof of federal crimes and bribery in the case of 4th Circuit District Judge Robert E. Payne, who has a sufficient reputation for corruption among lawyers in Virginia that they have a jingle about him: "Judge Robert Payne is my name, Federal bribery is my game". As you know, on 3 April 2004, a victim of Judge Payne's, Dr. Les Sachs, made a 125-count judicial misconduct filing with 4th Circuit Chief Judge William W. Wilkins, who passed the material on to Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson, and then he and Sally Rider's office undertook circulation of this material to this entire judicial ethics panel. The basic facts of the case are clear and proven by documents. Judge Payne banned the freedom of speech and freedom of the press of one of America's most highly educated citizens, Dr. Les Sachs. Judge Payne and several lawyers imposed this ban by making threats of illegal jailing, torment and rape in jail, and murder, preventing the unconstitutional orders from being appealed. This scheme of banning of speech and terror, was financed by right wing celebrity extremist and Republican campaign contributor Patricia Cornwell, who spent a reported half-million dollars in legal fees and bribery funds to obtain these services from Judge Payne. Judge Payne staged what can only be called a fraudulent "show trial". Judge Payne installed one of his personal friends, a known criminal named Thomas Roberts, to falsely pose as Dr. Sachs' lawyer. Judge Payne and Roberts made fraudulent claims, in court transcripts, in writing, and on the internet, that this Thomas Roberts was a lawyer for a "First Amendment charity foundation", a so-called "Freedom Works Foundation" which does not exist, and is purely a fraudulent fiction created by Judge Payne and Roberts. In fact, Judge Payne's friend Roberts is still touting this fraudulent foundation on his website, robertslaw.org. The proof of multiple federal felony crimes, as held by the FBI and available to this committee, are in writing and beyond the shadow of a doubt. Most laughably of course, this fraudulent "civil rights charity foundation" of Judge Payne and his friend Roberts. Dr. Sachs managed to obtain documentation of the threats to illegally jail him, and have him murdered in jail, put in writing by Judge Payne's friends, and these documents are held by the FBI. Patricia Cornwell and Thomas Roberts have both committed unmistakable felony perjury on the witness stand, with documents clearly proving their perjury. Judge Payne told laughable lies about his friends in the Cornwell group, clearly evidenced in transcripts. And much more in hundreds of pages of evidence. Judge Payne and the Patricia Cornwell group tried to claim that Dr. Sachs somehow "agreed" to the banning of his own freedom of speech in a "settlement" where he also supposedly agreed to pay some $100,000 plus 18 per cent interest to Judge Payne's friend Roberts, and somehow gave up any right to appeal Judge Payne's clearly illegal and unconstitutional orders. This is quite obviously absurd fiction. Aside from the documents proving fraud and extortion by Judge Payne and his friends, Dr. Sachs had no assets at the time of the extortion, and no incentive or motive for not appealing Judge Payne's illegal orders, other than the threats to have him jailed and murdered. After this initial extortion, Dr. Sachs then became subject to a further financial extortion of money by Judge Payne's friend Roberts, as the price of his being allowed to stay alive and out of jail. Dr. Sachs contacted thousands of lawyers in an attempt to fight the Patricia Cornwell - Judge Payne bribery scandal, but lawyers in Virginia, well aware of Judge Payne's reputation for bribery and brutality, and the Virginia culture of judicial bribery, were too afraid to confront the scandal despite the overwhelming proof of federal crimes. Faced with escalating threats of jail and murder in jail, and Judge Payne's friend trying to extort money from Dr. Sachs, Dr. Sachs was forced to abandon the USA. He has escaped to freedom and safety in Europe and Canada, protected by other governments, and is exposing this scandal. This judges of this committee, so far inactive on this bribery scandal, may be tempted by the thought that such affairs need to be swept under the rug, rather than reveal to the American people how corrupt some judges have become. However, this may not be the wisest course for the committee. Consider the following: Ashcroft cover up of this scandal is a political issue that may backfire on everyone. The FBI agents in Richmond and Norfolk, who hold much of the evidence of these crimes, have expressed fear of Attorney General John Ashcroft in pursuing the crimes of this Patricia Cornwell - Judge Robert Payne bribery scandal. Patricia Cornwell, in addition to being a major contributor to George Bush's Republican party, and a neo-nazi-type extremist, is also a lesbian with a drug abuse problem, who has had a friend of President Bush living in her house. The exposure of these crimes and the cover up, could be embarrassing for the George W. Bush election campaign. All of the judges on this panel are appointees of Republican presidents, so all the judges here may be inclined to provide service to Republican politicians, especially when the only service required is inaction. However, the judges of this panel need to consider whether these crimes will eventually be prosecuted, thus creating a backlash of embarrassment for the entire judiciary and for this committee. With such blatant evidence of felony crime as we have here in the Judge Payne bribery scandal, even the Bush-Ashcroft government is promising the prosecution of the Cornwell group "after" the November election. This may of course be just a delaying tactic. But if John Kerry wins the election, there is increasingly likelihood of a prosecution of the Cornwell group, and the impeachment of Judge Payne, to help curb the Republican-influenced judiciary. An upcoming major book on the Patricia Cornwell - Judge Robert Payne bribery scandal. As can be expected, with Dr. Sachs now having escaped America to find freedom in other countries, there is a new major bestseller-type book coming out on the Judge Payne bribery scandal, entitled "The Patricia Cornwell Show Trial Scandal: Kangaroo Courts and the Banning of Free Speech in America's Failing Legal System." This book is set to appear in early 2005, and the first chapter of the book is already available online. Needless to say, this could be a devastating book for the reputation of the American judiciary, as this committee's work on the Judge Payne bribery scheme is specifically a topic of this book. The book will itself be a major catalyst leading to the indictment of Patricia Cornwell, and the impeachment or resignation of Judge Payne. If this committee is seen as a body that engaged in a cover up of a scandal, despite overwhelming proof of federal crimes, it will not be helpful for the judiciary's power and influence in the future. This Judge Payne bribery scandal will potentially make a laughingstock of the entire United States judiciary. There is just no way to gloss over the fraudulent "First Amendment charity foundation" of Judge Payne and his lawyer friends. Patricia Cornwell and her lawyers not denying the crimes, ready to plea-bargain and yield the details of bribery. With the clear evidence of felony crimes here, there is not yet even a hint of denial from Patricia Cornwell or her lawyers in this bribery scandal; such denials would likely be additional felony acts. It seems that the various lawyers, including Judge Payne's friend Roberts, are just ready for an indictment when it comes, and that Roberts and other lawyers will quickly strike a plea-bargain with prosecutors to disclose how much money changed hands among themselves and with Judge Payne. This committee has sufficient proof of crime already, to be able to pressure Judge Payne into a speedy resignation, in lieu of his facing imprisonment after being impeached. More felony crimes continue to be committed by Judge Payne's associates. Judge Payne's illegal orders banning freedom of speech and freedom of the press, are a classic example of why such orders need to be overturned immediately and without delay. Judge Payne's orders instantly inspired and encouraged a long series of felony criminal acts by the Patricia Cornwell group, because the victim was banned from being able to defend himself and going to the public for protection. And criminal acts continue to be committed. One of the lawyers in Judge Payne's circle of connections, James Magner, just a few days ago, in early August 2004, committed the felony of sending a computer virus to computers in Europe to try to sabotage computer servers that sourced material on the Judge Payne bribery scandal; the FBI has the evidence of this latest felony as well. There may not be any end of felony crimes by Judge Payne's friends, until this scandal is prosecuted. The scandal all over the internet; a scandal that could end up defining the image of American judges. This entire Patricia Cornwell - Judge Robert Payne scandal is plastered all over the internet and the internet "newsgroups", just search for "Patricia Cornwell bribery scandal". You see the whole scandal, the full 125 count court filing that exposed it, and numerous details in numerous places. This is not just another bribery case with yet another crooked judge. This is a scandal that could end up shaping the image of the US legal system in the entire world. There is just no way around the massive fraud of that fake "civil rights charity foundation" fabricated by Judge Payne and his friend Roberts. This is fakery and fraud at the core of the judicial process, Judge Payne directly attacking the Constitution. The proof of felony crime is documentary and overwhelming, a clear misuse of the courts for right-wing political purposes and for neo-nazi-type ideals. The scale of the scandal is multiplied by the thousands of lawyers who know about it, and the many judges, notably including this committee, that have now become involved in it. This committee might be thought of as abettors of bribery and extortion, and the undermining of the Constitution, if this committee does nothing about this scandal. And yet, all the judges here, may feel an impulse to join John Ashcroft in a continuing cover-up for this scandal. As Judge Payne's victim searched for a lawyer, he was advised by the many lawyers afraid to help him, that American judges are like gangsters and will cover up for each other's crimes. No doubt, judges do not want to reveal the dirty linen of their trade, especially when the felony crimes are as blatant and proven as those associated with Judge Robert Payne. But this judicial ethics panel, should evaluate carefully whether a continued cover-up is the more prudent course for the future, or a dangerous way to disgrace the judiciary. This committee has already announced it will be slow-moving, and take more than a year to do its work. So this committee can reasonably stall any action on Judge Payne's misconduct until after November, thus giving a quiet hand to the George Bush re-election campaign. But this committee should perhaps not stall much longer than that.
